Education has no significance if it cannot put the people’s skills and knowledge to productive and constructive use for the betterment of self and society.For any area to develop and be self sustaining in its existence, running of economy of the place plays a very important role. The local area need to have a whole lot of economic activities to support the livelihood of the local people. The scope and scale of employment and employability depends on how we link it to adapting practical education to job opportunities.

To ensure better employability, we promote skill development programmes and vocational training to suit to the specific needs in the area. We also facilitate the creation of Self Help Groups (SHGs) and Micro-entrepreneurs in cottage industry to creation of small food processing units. Also, depending on the area, we strive to have integrated farming and promote small saving facilities to act as a cushion for protecting and promoting the health of the economy.
